About Me

I am a psychologist who has experience of 2 years in psychological testing, assessment, and counselling and have helped several people with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, self doubt, grief etc. I have done my masters in psychology and have published many papers in national and international conferences. My goal is to help people live a healthy life and by healthy I do not mean only physically healthy but also mentally healthy.What I feel is each individual requires a tailor made unique approach to deal with the problems that they have.And with adequate proficiency, skills, patience and empathy I aim to empower people and help them feel lighter and confident about themselves. I genuinely believe in rich experience of learning about what it means to be human and in this field of psychology I constantly find myself grateful. I aim to provide safe, non judgmental and 100% confidential arena for every individual out there who want to seek help because a little help from a professional mental health service provider is all we need sometimes.
