Hi, I’m Himanshi Sharma, a Counselling Psychologist with 2–3 years of experience in counselling and hospital-based mental health care. I work with individuals, teens, couples, Teens and families navigating emotional, behavioural, and psychological challenges. I believe therapy is more than just talking about problems — it is a space where people can feel emotionally safe, understood, and slowly begin their journey towards healing, self-awareness, and emotional growth. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, focused on helping individuals understand their emotions, build healthier coping patterns, and reconnect with themselves in a more balanced and meaningful way. I primarily integrate CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, supportive therapy, and practical coping strategies tailored to each person’s unique needs and experiences. I also have experience in psychological assessments, psychoeducation, and working within NABH-compliant healthcare settings while maintaining ethical and client-centred mental health care practices.
